Made from 100% Grenache Noir, Chapoutier Bila-Haut Banyuls has a powerful nose, shifting between black fruit and red berries, giving it a lovely freshness, subtly complemented by notes of cocoa. Great persistency with sweetness which develops gradually. Pair with any chocolatey dessert or ice cream. Would also sit very nicely alongside Christmas Pudding or Mince Pies.
